I am so pleased to advise that the link to the Educator Hub is now live from AVETRA’s main website.  The link from AVETRA works perfectly.  I hope this drives more traffic to our Educator Hub platform.   Thank you to those responsible for the AVETRA website.

And speaking of connections . . . a recent happening that may be of interest to Hub members is the Innovation and Applied Research Roundtable being organised by  TAFE Directors Australia and LH Martin Institute.  The event is being held at the Canberra Institute of Technology on 2 March 2016.  This exciting initiative will bring together Federal and State Ministers, The Head of the National Innovation and Science Agenda (NISA), TAFE senior managers from throughout Australia and researchers from Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia.  Up for discussion on the ’roundtable’ will be ways that TAFE can contribute to the Commonwealth’s Innovation and Science Agenda through applied research partnerships with industry.

I will certainly be watching the outcome of this event with great interest.
